Isamar Fontes has extensive work experience in the field of data and project management. Isamar is currently working at NOVA Entertainment as the Data Platforms Lead, where they guide and inspires the Data Team in expanding and improving customer and revenue data. In this role, they investigate and implements solutions and platforms to automate data flows, ensure data quality, and generate reliable business insights. Prior to this, Isamar worked as a Data Platform Manager at NOVA Entertainment, where they mapped the company's data architecture and flow throughout various platforms to enhance data governance and customer engagement. Isamar also served as a Data Specialist at the same company. Before joining NOVA Entertainment, Isamar worked as a Senior Project Manager at DC-DinsmoreCompass and as a Technology Project Manager, Broadcast Engineer, Technical Assistant, and Project Manager Intern at Globo. Isamar began their career as an intern at Anatel - Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações.

Isamar Fontes began their education journey in 2006, attending Cefet/RJ - Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica Celso Suckow da Fonseca. Isamar completed their studies at this institution in 2009, obtaining a Técnico degree in the field of Telecomunicações.

In 2010, Isamar Fontes commenced their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree at the UFF School of Engineering. Isamar specialized in Telecommunications Engineering during their time at this institution and successfully completed their studies in 2016.

Aside from their formal education, Isamar Fontes has also obtained several certifications. In 2019, they became a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute.
