Mark Hales

Mark Hales has extensive experience in the radio and digital media industry, currently serving as the Head of Digital AdOps and Podcast Operations at NOVA Entertainment since April 2017. In addition to this role, Mark has held various titles within the company, including Head of Digital Operations and Podcast Operations Manager. Prior experience includes working as Music Director/Announcer at River 94.9 from May 2014 to April 2017, and serving as a Lecturer at the Radio Training Institute in 2014. Mark was Editor at Radio Today from July 2012 to May 2014, contributing to the leading website for the Australian and New Zealand radio industry. Mark's earlier career includes positions as Program Director at Nova 919 from March 2006 to October 2010 and at Nova 937 from August 2002 to February 2006, where expertise in program and music direction was developed.
