Joannie Hennen is an accomplished HR professional with over 20 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Nova Group, GBC since February 2020, Joannie has held various senior HR roles including Senior Vice President and VP of Human Resources. Prior to joining Nova Group, Joannie managed comprehensive HR services for ImageTrend for over 11 years, focusing on leadership development, compliance, talent acquisition, and system implementations.
