Russell Gordon

Russell (Rusty) Gordon, P.E. is currently serving as Vice President and Equity Group Manager at Nova Group, GBC since September 2024. Prior to this role, Russell held multiple leadership positions at EBI Consulting from June 2006 to September 2024, including Vice President of Acquisitions Services and Vice President of Real Estate Specialty Services, where responsibilities included managing relationships, team-building, financial performance, and strategic planning. Their earlier experience includes roles as Senior Program Director and Program Director, focusing on HUD due diligence and project capital needs assessments, as well as Senior Engineer positions at various firms. Russell earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Florida State University and an MBA from the University of Louisville.
