Laura Kaufmann

Laura Kaufmann currently serves as the Procurement Excellence Manager at Tata Steel Nederland, leading a team of 12 professionals to enhance procurement processes and drive strategic vision as a member of the Procurement Management Team. Prior experience includes the role of Executive Officer to the CEO at Tata Steel Europe, where significant achievements included facilitating the corporate separation of the European business and managing decarbonization projects. Kaufmann began their career as an Account Manager in the automotive sector and worked as a Management Trainee. In addition, Kaufmann is a Les Mills GRIT (HIIT) Instructor, bringing a diverse skill set to various professional roles. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in International Communication from Hanze.
