As Co-Founder of NOVA Group Limited since July 2009, Matthew has played a crucial role in delivering integrated business and accounting solutions across Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific. In addition, Matthew serves as Managing Partner of NOVA CPA Limited, offering comprehensive accounting and advisory services. Matthew has also held key positions such as Company Secretary at Jiachen Holding Group Limited since June 2019, which focuses on access flooring manufacturing, and previously as Chief Financial Officer for both Modern Chinese Medicine Group and The Earth Solutions Limited, where expertise in financial management and industry-specific consulting was demonstrated.
