Mojca Zlak

Mojca Zlak, M. Sc. has a wide range of work experience in the banking and IT sectors. Mojca has held various roles at Nova KBM d.d., including Director of Custody and Treasury & Investment Banking Back Office, Deputy Director of Banking Operations, and Director of Payment Operations. Prior to their time at Nova KBM, they worked at Abanka as the Director of the Back Office Operations Department, where they were responsible for managing business processes and human resources, optimizing functions, and leading process reengineering efforts. Mojca also played a key role in the merger of Abanka and Banka Celje. Before that, they worked at IRM - Information Resource Management as a Customer Relationship Manager and at MAOP computer engineering d.o.o. as a Project Manager. Overall, Mojca Zlak's experience showcases their expertise in banking operations, process optimization, project management, and customer relationship management.

Mojca Zlak, M. Sc. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business department, specializing in business information and IT management from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics, from 1998 to 2003. Mojca went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in IT Management and Business Informatics from the same institution, which they completed from 2004 to 2006. Prior to their university education, they attended Gimnazija Bezigrad from 1994 to 1998.
