Damany Gibbs

Damany Gibbs is the Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer at Nova Pioneer. Prior to this, Damany worked as a Case Team Leader at Bain & Company, where Damany was an early team member of Bain's South Africa office. Damany also served as a Senior Associate at Fidelis Advisory Partners and an Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions at Morgan Stanley. Damany holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an M. Sc. in Economic and Social History from the University of Oxford, and a B. Sc. in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from Cornell University.
