Precious Osean is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and recruitment. Currently serving as a Talent Senior Associate at Nova Pioneer since May 2021, Precious is responsible for preparing and issuing offer letters, managing the payroll cycle, and collaborating with stakeholders. Previously held the position of HR & Talent Development Associate at Nova Pioneer, supporting recruitment processes and managing contracts. Prior roles include Human Resource Assistant and Human Resource & Administration Intern at Mini Management Services, where responsibilities encompassed staff recruitment and probation management, and a Human Resource Intern position at the Ministry of ICT. Precious holds a Certified Human Resource Professional Course from the College of Human Resource and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management and Finance from Strathmore University.
