Anzelika Kristina Kovger-Daujotiene

Anzelika Kristina Kovger-Daujotiene is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR & Administration for Baltic countries at Nova Post since February 2023. Previously, Anzelika held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Domino's Pizza Lietuva and Kotryna Group, and served as Deputy General Manager for Administration & HR at The Penki Kontinentai Group. Anzelika's extensive experience includes HR management, recruiting and staffing, regulatory compliance, employee development, policy development, and the formation of an employee-oriented company culture. Anzelika holds a Master's degree in business administration/project management from Kaunas University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from VILNIUS TECH, along with earlier studies at Vilniaus Pedagoginis Universitetas.
