Carissa Shank

Carissa Shank is a dedicated Radiation Therapist with experience at Nova Scotia Health Authority, where responsibilities include patient care for individuals undergoing radiation treatment. Previous roles include serving as an Assistant Lock Operator for Parks Canada, where bilingual customer service skills were essential, and a Customer Service Representative at The Beer Store. Carissa has also gained valuable experience through internships in chronic disease management and personal training, along with leadership as a Head 3-Pitch Coach. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Medical Radiation Sciences and an Advanced Diploma in Radiation Therapy from the University of Toronto/The Michener Institute, as well as an Honours Bachelor in Kinesiology from the University of Guelph-Humber.
