Stephen McGrath

Stephen McGrath currently serves as the Chair and Board Member at Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board since May 2018. Prior to their current role, Stephen held various positions at the Government of Nova Scotia from 2002 to 2018, including Director of Legal Services, Team Lead in Solicitor Services and Litigation, Solicitor IV in Litigation, and Senior Solicitor in Litigation. Before their time at the government, McGrath worked at BOYNECLARKE LLP from 1992 to 2002, where Stephen started as an Articled Clerk, then progressed to Associate and eventually became a Partner. McGrath graduated with a Law degree from Dalhousie University in 1992.
