Samantha Palmer

Samantha Palmer has over 24 years of extensive experience in human resources and operational management. Currently employed at Nova Training since October 2008, titles held include H&S, DSL and HR Operations Manager, HR Operations Manager & Designated Safeguarding Lead, HR Manager, and Senior Accounts Administrator. Prior to this role, Samantha worked at Compass Group from March 1999 to March 2008 as a Retail Catering Manager. Educational qualifications include CIPD qualifications, an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management and Services, certifications from AAT and The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB), a Diploma of Education in Payroll Management, and training in Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) and Solvendis.
