Philippe Carmant

Philippe Carmant, CFA, is an experienced finance professional currently working as a Private Equity Associate at Novacap since March 2023. In addition to this role, Philippe serves as a Board Member at Les éditions Esse and is a member of the New Generation Committee at Réseau Capital, which focuses on integrating the next generation into the industry. As a Black Wealth Club Fellow, Philippe engages with peers to foster wealth generation and community reinvestment among emerging Canadian black prospects. Previous experience includes roles at Sagard Holdings as a Private Equity Associate, RBC Capital Markets as an Investment Banking Analyst, and various positions in fund management and investment analysis. Philippe holds a degree from Concordia University, completed in 2019.
