Mahesh Sahu

Mahesh Sahu is a seasoned microbiologist with extensive experience in quality control and microbiological testing. Currently serving as a Quality Control Microbiologist at NovaCina and as a Microbiologist at Bridgewest since April 2023, Mahesh has a well-established career spanning over two decades, including significant roles at Pfizer as a Microbiologist and QC Microbiologist from August 2014 to April 2023, and at Lion-Dairy & Drinks Pty Ltd as a Quality Control Team Lead from October 1997 to July 2014. Mahesh holds an M.Tech in Food Technology from the Asian Institute of Technology, where studies were completed between 1987 and 1989.
