Steve Bermes

Steve Bermes has over 25 years of experience in leadership and business management. Since May 1995, Steve has served as President & CEO of Novae Corporation, overseeing company operations and strategic direction. Prior to this role, Steve held the position of Business Unit Manager at Menasha Corporation from March 1994 to October 1999, where responsibilities included managing a $10 million business unit, business development, and overseeing a sales team. Steve also worked as a Territory Sales Manager, managing a multi-state sales territory and focusing on distributor sales training and contract negotiation. Earlier in Steve's career, a Business Unit Manager role at Poly Hi Solidur was undertaken from 1988 to 1999. Steve Bermes holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, completed between 1984 and 1990.
