Sarah E. Nash is an experienced leader currently serving as a Trustee of the Cleveland Museum of Art and the Hospital for Special Surgery, as well as a trustee at New York Presbyterian Hospital. As Chair, CEO, and President of Novagard since June 2018, Sarah has been instrumental in transforming the company into a leading manufacturer of engineered silicone sealants and coating solutions. Additionally, Sarah holds the position of Chair of the Board of Directors at Bath & Body Works, where prior roles included Executive Chair and Interim Chief Executive Officer. Sarah is also involved with various organizations, including serving as a board member for Blackbaud and the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute, where Sarah E. chairs the Advancement committee. Sarah's previous experiences include a tenure as National Board Member for the Smithsonian Institution and Chair of the Board of Directors for L Brands during its successful separation of key brands. Sarah E. Nash holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from Vassar College.
