Daniel Bradley

Daniel Bradley has a strong and extensive work experience in the construction industry. Daniel is currently the Director of Industrial Construction at Novak Commercial Construction, where they have been working since December 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Project Manager at the same company from November 2020 to January 2023.

Before joining Novak Commercial Construction, Daniel worked at Sabre Commercial, Inc. as a Project Manager from March 2018 to November 2020. Daniel also held positions at Embree Group, where they worked as a Project Manager from March 2012 to February 2018, and as an Assistant Project Manager from August 2010 to February 2012.

Daniel's earlier experience includes working as a Superintendent at Lott Brothers Construction Company from May 2008 to March 2010. In this role, they supervised subcontractor construction activities, managed project scheduling and budget, and oversaw materials procurement and delivery.

Daniel began their career in the construction industry as a Senior Builder at David Weekley Homes from January 2005 to April 2008, where they managed all stages of community development and collaborated with Sales and Management staff to facilitate home sales. Daniel also worked as a Construction Manager at Lennar from October 2000 to June 2004, managing quality construction for multiple home sites.

Throughout their career, Daniel Bradley has gained experience in project management, supervision, budget control, and collaboration with various teams.

Daniel Bradley earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2000. Daniel also obtained the Procore Certified: Associate certification from Procore Technologies in 2018.
