Michael Novak

Michael Novak is a Partner at Novak Francella CPAs, a firm specializing in accounting and advisory services for labor organizations, employee benefit plans, and non-profit organizations, since January 2010. Additionally, Michael serves on the Easttown Citizen's Advisory Committee, providing recommendations to enhance the financial and operational effectiveness of Easttown Township. Since January 2014, Michael has also been the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for The Woodlands, a historic site recognized for its unique landscape and history. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Penn State University and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Accounting and Finance from Saint Joseph's University, along with experience in classical studies from the Penn State University Study Abroad Program.
