Malcolm Fleming has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Malcolm started their career in 1996 as a Parliamentary Assistant to Allan Macartney MEP in the European Parliament. Malcolm then worked as an Office Manager and Senior Parliamentary Assistant to Alasdair Morgan MP/MSP in the House of Commons from 1997 to 2002.
