Martin R. has a wealth of experience in engineering and management roles. Martin began their career at GE Nuclear Energy in 1992 as an Engineer and worked there until 1997. Martin then moved on to Electroglas where they served as a Sr. Engineer from 1997 to 2000.
In 2000, Martin joined Novellus Systems Inc as an Engineering Manager, where they were responsible for sustaining engineering and product enhancements on high density plasma CVD tool. Martin also handled product issues, budgets, staffing, staff training, and project management. Martin worked closely with various teams to identify and solve problems for existing products until 2007.
After leaving Novellus Systems Inc, Martin joined Structural Integrity Associates, Inc as a Senior Consultant. In this role, they worked closely with clients to understand issues and requirements, wrote work proposals, and performed various engineering tasks on projects from 2007 to 2011.
Martin then joined Intermolecular in 2011 as a Sr. Engineering Manager, where they worked until 2014. Finally, they joined Nova Measuring Instruments in 2014 as a Mechanical Engineering Manager, and later became the Director of Hardware Engineering.

Martin R. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara in 1990. Martin then went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University between 1990 and 1992.
