Bryan Mills

Bryan Mills, Partner and Chief Administrative Officer at NovaQuest Capital Management, has over 24 years of experience in finance and accounting and over 16 years of experience in the global healthcare industry. He is responsible for directing the firm’s day-to-day operations and providing oversight and management of human resources and information technology. Mr. Mills has an extensive background in finance and accounting, focusing on global healthcare investing.

Prior to joining NovaQuest, upon its formation in 2010, Mr. Mills worked for the NovaQuest business unit at IQVIA (formerly Quintiles), covering all aspects of accounting, internal controls, financial reporting, and special projects. Mr. Mills provided tax and accounting structuring guidance on investment transactions within the NovaQuest business unit.

Previously, Mr. Mills worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in their audit and assurance services.

Mr. Mills holds a BS in Business Administration from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
