Bill Illis

Bill Illis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly at Novartis since October 1996. Bill currently serves as the Global Head of Collaboration & Technology Strategy in Clinical Development & Analytics, where Bill develops strategic technology roadmaps for clinical trial data analysis and regulatory compliance. Bill has held various leadership roles, including VP of Process & Technology Optimization and VP/Global Head of Analytics & Reporting, overseeing large teams and substantial budgets while driving operational excellence and technology innovations across multiple drug development functions. Previous experiences include roles at Ciba-Geigy Pharmaceuticals and Dun & Bradstreet, complemented by educational qualifications, including an M.P.H. in Biostatistics from the University of Michigan and a B.A. in Psychology from Providence College.
