Kristin Miller

Kristin Miller holds extensive leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Vice President and General Manager for Pelacarsen and Heart Failure at Novartis since December 2018. Prior roles at Novartis include Vice President and General Manager of Heart Failure in the US, VP & Head of Entresto, and various marketing leadership positions within different therapeutic areas. Prior to Novartis, Kristin spent nearly a decade at Sanofi, where responsibilities included leading US Insulins Professional Marketing and serving as AVP for Lantus/Apidra. Kristin began their career at Sanofi in various marketing and sales roles before advancing to senior management. Kristin earned an MBA in Business & Marketing from Villanova University and a BS in Finance from Penn State University.
