Rodrigo Teixeira

Rodrigo Teixeira currently serves as Vice President of Business Excellence & Execution and Head of Biome & Systems of Care at Novartis since September 2020. Prior to this role, Rodrigo held various positions at L'Oréal from January 2012 to September 2020, including Director of Garnier Skincare & Suncare and Group Marketing Manager for L'Oréal Paris Haircolor. Rodrigo began their career at Research In Motion as an Associate Product Manager intern in early 2011 and also worked as a Tennis Coach at College Racquet Club from 2004 to 2009. Rodrigo holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Concordia College, NY.
