Diane is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of NovaSignal. She brings to the company more than three decades of executive leadership experience in enterprise information technology solutions along with strong technical acumen, strategic expertise and client focus. Prior to joining NovaSignal, she served as the Chief Operating Officer of Google Cloud. Under her leadership initiatives focused on expanding the scale and reach of the business through machine learning capabilities resulted in acceleration of customer adoption and further development of next generation solutions.
Prior to Google, Diane spent 32 years at Intel, the last five years as President of the Data Center Group. She grew this business to $19 billion in revenue in 2017. Here Diane initiated additional focus on artificial intelligence and network virtualization. Her responsibilities included Intel’s healthcare business and driving the adoption of its technology throughout the industry. Before becoming Group President, she served as Corporate Vice President and Chief Information Officer, responsible for the corporate-wide information technology solutions and services that enable Intel’s business.
Diane was named one of Fortune’s 50 Most Powerful Women in Business in 2015 and 2016. Throughout her career she has been a champion for women in technology serving as a mentor and sponsor for many women in Silicon Valley. Diane also serves on the boards of directors for United Technologies Corporation (UTC), Broadcom Inc. (AVGO), several technology-based start-ups and the University of California, Davis Chancellor’s Board of Advisors and the school’s College of Engineering Board of Advisors. She received a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of California, Davis and she attended the Stanford Graduate School of Business completing the Executive Program.
