Eric Yen

Eric Yen has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Eric currently holds the position of Director of Downstream Marketing at NovaSignal since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Marketing Lead at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, DANAHER Corporation starting from February 2019.

From November 2013, Yen served as the Director of Marketing at Shield Healthcare, where they developed strategic marketing plans, oversaw demand generation marketing programs, and led new product go-to-market strategies. Eric also established and maintained strategic marketing and sales partnerships, managed existing brand websites, and recruited and trained departmental personnel.

Before that, Yen worked at Zoetis Inc. as a Sr. Channel Marketing Manager from December 2009 to November 2013. Eric managed a team of marketing associates and handled channel management of distributor organizations nationwide. Eric also supported distribution marketing efforts and ensured top-of-mind share at sales meetings.

Yen's previous experience includes working as an Area Sales Manager at Henry Schein from March 2007 to December 2009, a Product Marketing Manager at Cutera, Inc. from March 2006 to April 2008, and a Product Marketing Manager at Laserscope from April 2003 to March 2006. Additionally, they served as a Product Manager at Kinetic Concepts from September 2001 to March 2003 and started their career at Biosite as a Research Associate from January 1996 to January 1999.

Throughout their career, Yen has demonstrated achievements such as revenue growth, exceeding customer engagement KPIs, successful product launches, managing sales teams, and developing marketing strategies.

Eric Yen obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from UC San Diego, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Eric later pursued their MBA in Marketing at Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management, where they were enrolled from 1999 to 2001.
