Yohan Gil

Yohan Gil is an experienced business manager with a strong background in project management, marketing, and community management across various industries. Currently serving as Var Business Manager at NOVASOL since February 2022, Yohan focuses on prospecting new property owners for short-term rentals, conducting analyses, and negotiating with European and French markets. Previous roles include Chef de projet at Electro Distribution, where responsibilities encompassed digitalization, event organization, and community management, as well as co-founding CryoReflex, Lyon's first whole-body cryotherapy center. Yohan's diverse experience also includes positions in marketing management, business management, and project management at companies such as Proople and RHONE ALPES AZOTE, alongside early career efforts at Orange, where exceptional performance in client relations led to recognition as one of the best apprentices in France. Yohan holds an MBA in International Business from MBWay Lyon and a BTS in Negotiation and Client Relations from CIEFA.
