Kirby Hunt

Kirby Hunt is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector and gas turbine performance analysis. Currently serving as Senior Partnership Manager at NovaSource Power Services since February 2020, Kirby focuses on enhancing cooperative relationships with top partners and championing customer needs. Prior to this role, Kirby spent eight years at First Solar as Sr Manager of PV Plant Performance Engineering and Analytics, overseeing a team responsible for the performance of 150 utility-scale solar power plants. Previous positions include Development Lab Manager and Sr. Systems Engineer at Stirling Energy Systems, as well as engineering roles at Pratt and Whitney, where Kirby conducted performance analyses and designed components for gas turbines. Kirby holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
