Leonard Philiph Paala

Leonard Philiph Paala is an experienced engineer with a background in electrical engineering. Currently serving as a Monitoring and Operations Engineer at NovaSource Power Services since September 2022, Leonard previously held positions as a Substation Tender at Batangas Electric Cooperative I, Inc. and as Special Science Teacher I at the Department of Education - Philippines. Additional experience includes engineering trainee roles at Ingasco Inc. and DMCI Power Corporation. Leonard Philiph Paala earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Batangas State University in 2017 and is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering at Mapúa University.
