Stephen Swan

Stephen Swan is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the power generation and maintenance sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Maintenance Engineering at NovaSource Power Services since April 2021, Stephen previously held roles at First Solar as an Engineer from August 2015 to April 2021 and at Alcoa, where responsibilities included Engineering and Maintenance Planning Manager from January 2013 to August 2015 and Engineering Manager from 2010 to 2012. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, earned between 1983 and 1987.
