Alex Friedman

Alex Friedman is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience in investment and finance. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Novata and Co-Founder at Jackson Hole Economics since January 2021 and January 2020 respectively, Alex has also held influential positions such as Member of the Board of Directors at Franklin Resources, Inc. since February 2021, and Chief Executive Officer at GAM Investments from September 2014 to November 2018. Previous roles include GLOBAL CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER at UBS from February 2010 to September 2014, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing UBS Wealth Management and the Global Investment Committee, as well as serving as Chief Financial Officer at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation from March 2007 to February 2010.
