Mario S. has a diverse work experience in various industries. Mario co-founded Novatech in February 2020 and continues to be involved with the company. Mario also served as an Investment Professional at Prudential Private Capital from December 2020 to April 2022. In addition, Mario worked at BNP Paribas from May 2018 to December 2020, where they specialized in Investment Banking - M&A Latin America. Currently, Mario is a Board Observer at Intradeco, a vertically-integrated nearshore manufacturing firm, where they have been since August 2022.

Mario S. holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Babson College. Mario also studied abroad for a full academic year at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), specializing in Finance. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Microsoft Office from Microsoft.
