David Chan

David Chan possesses extensive experience in systems and software engineering, particularly in safety-critical systems and embedded software. Since January 2008, David has held various roles at NovAtel, including Principal Systems Engineer and Chief Engineer for Ground Reference Receivers. Prior to this, David worked as a System Engineer at General Dynamics Canada and contributed to network system engineering for the Canadian Land Command Support System. David's earlier positions as a Design Engineer at both Vault Technologies Inc. and Wi-LAN Inc. focused on embedded systems and software engineering for wireless technologies. Academically, David holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Calgary.
