Jurgita R. has an extensive work experience in the marketing and business development fields. Jurgita began their career in 2001 as a Business Product Manager for UAB Bite GSM. In 2005, they joined Vodafone as a Principal Commercial Strategy Manager and Principal Partner Manager in the Global Business Development team. In 2014, they became the Head of Marketing for Smartpipe Solutions. In 2016, they were the Director of Marketing for EMEA at Blis. In 2018, they worked as a Business/Marketing Strategy/Client Leadership for International. In 2019, they were the Head of Growth for Ten Lifestyle Group. Currently, they are the Director of Marketing for Novatiq.

Jurgita R. started their educational journey in 1994 when they obtained a Bachelor of Social Sciences from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University in the Faculty of Psychology and Foreign languages. Jurgita continued their studies in 2000, when they earned a Master in International Business Management from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University.
