Tehniat Cheema

Tehniat Cheema began their work experience in 2005 as a Teacher at Novato Unified School District. Tehniat held this role until 2015 when they transitioned to the position of Elementary School Principal, also at Novato Unified School District, where they still work currently.

Tehniat Cheema attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Molecular and Cell Biology and Near Eastern Studies. Tehniat then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of California, Davis from 2004 to 2006. In 2011, they furthered their education at San Francisco State University and completed a Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General in 2012. Prior to their higher education, Tehniat Cheema attended Iver C. Ranum High School from 1995 to 1999.
