Steve Schertler

Steve Schertler is a seasoned IT project manager with extensive experience in the biotechnology and energy sectors. Currently serving as a Senior IT Project Manager at Novavax since November 2021, Schertler successfully managed the implementation of Service Now’s self-service ticketing solution. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at Exelon Energy, Senior Principal Business Liaison at Amtrak, and various leadership positions at Holcim and Aggregate Industries, where responsibilities encompassed project management, business alignment, and budget optimization. Schertler also held a president role at SenZbar, where innovation led to a patent application. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science from St. John’s University and further studies at the CUNY Graduate Center.
