Romina Ramírez Irala

Romina Elbracht currently serves as the Deputy Head of the Foreign Department at missio, overseeing the Middle East, North Africa, and Pakistan since August 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Project Officer at the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung's Country Office in India, where responsibilities involved preparing annual reports for the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, organizing events, and writing political dialogue programs from November 2017 to May 2020. Romina held two internships at the same foundation and a project assistant position at Fundação Terra, focusing on project administration and community analysis. An academic background includes a Master of Arts in International Relations from Leiden University and a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies from Universität Passau, alongside an exchange year in International Affairs at Muskingum University.
