Paula Fitzgerald, AICP, PMP, completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban and Regional Studies with an emphasis on Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 1994. Paula went on to earn a Master of Arts in Urban Planning from the same university in 2002. Prior to attending Minnesota State University, Mankato, Paula attended St. Cloud State University from 1988 to 1990, although details about the degree and field of study obtained during this time are not provided. In terms of additional certifications, Paula obtained the AICP (American Institute of Certified Planners) certification in March 2006 and the PMP (Project Management Institute) certification in April 2018.
