Hessah Aldossary Hrd

Hessah Aldossary is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Novel Non Metallic Solutions since March 2021. Prior to this role, Hessah worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Al-Serafi Audit from January 2016 to March 2021 and as an Administrative Assistant at Ajad International School from January 2015 to January 2016. Hessah holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University, obtained between 2014 and 2017, as well as a Diploma of Education in HRM from CIPD Qualifications, completed in 2021. Additionally, Hessah earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from King Faisal University from 2005 to 2010.
