Ghada Galal

Ghada Galal has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Ghada is currently working as a Senior Platform Manager at Novela Neurotechnologies Inc. since September 2021.

Prior to that, Ghada worked at Ericsson for a significant part of their career. From September 2011 to May 2015, they served as an Engagement Practice RMEA consultant, where they drove new software sales programs for the RMEA region. This included analyzing and identifying opportunities, preparing business cases and presentations, and conducting sales activities.

From January 2009 to September 2011, Ghada held the position of Head of Business Performance, MU North Africa, as well as Deputy VP Networks MU North Africa. In this role, they were responsible for the overall business performance of the Technical Sales department in North Africa. This involved setting and monitoring balance scorecard targets, as well as analyzing and controlling OPEX.

From May 2007 to February 2009, Ghada served as the Networks Egypt Manager, overseeing the operations in Egypt. Prior to that, from May 2006 to May 2007, they were the Head of Product Area Core & IMS, MU North Africa, where they managed the core and IMS product area.

Ghada started their career at Ericsson as a Product Engineer/Senior Solution Engineer in March 2001 and held this role until May 2006.

Ghada Galal's education history begins in 1996 when they enrolled at Cairo University. Ghada pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, completing their studies in the year 2000. In 2002, they obtained several certifications, including GSM Network Planning, Open Negotiation, and ATM/Engine from Ericsson. Additionally, they completed certifications in Visual Basic/C/C++/Visual C++ from IBM in 1999 and MCP from Microsoft in 2001. Ghada Galal further expanded their education by earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Ecole Supérieure Libre des Sciences Commerciales Appliquées from 2006 to 2008. Ghada also acquired a Diploma in Leadership Core Curriculum from Ericsson in 2007. In 2012, Ghada Galal attended a program called "Leading Leaders 2012" at Ericsson.
