Mahmoud Hamed started their work experience in 2016 as a Software QA Engineer Specialist at Agile Technologies. mahmoud worked there until October 2019. In November 2019, they joined Asset as a Senior Software QA Engineer and remained in that role until September 2021. Currently, Mahmoud is working at Novela Neurotechnologies Inc. as a Software Testing Engineer Team Lead, starting from October 2021.

Mahmoud Hamed attended The German University in Cairo from 2010 to 2016, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering.
