Elina Silver

Elina Silver is an experienced professional in commercial strategy and pricing, currently serving as the Head of Commercial Strategy and Pricing at Novelis since April 2024. Previously, Elina held several positions at MSC Industrial Supply Co. from 2022 to 2024, including Sr. Manager of Pricing and Analytics and Sr. Manager of Price Execution. At allnex from 2021 to 2022, Elina focused on developing a global roadmap for Commercial and Pricing Excellence, enhancing sales efficiency, and executing pricing processes. Elina's earlier roles include Strategic Analytics and Price Strategy Manager at Georgia-Pacific LLC (2018-2020), where analytical support and price strategy were provided for various business categories; Pricing Manager and Senior Pricing Analyst at Staples (2013-2018); and Contract Negotiator at NAVSEA Warfare Centers (2009-2013). Elina holds a BBA in Finance from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a certificate in Risk Management from The London School of Economics.
