Director Supply Chain Automotive Value Stream at Novelis

Nadia Guenova, CPIM has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Nadia began their career as a Customer Service and Investments representative at the National Bank of Canada in 2008. From there, they worked as a Credit Analyst at Applied Materials in 2009 before joining Global Affairs Canada as an Intern in 2010. In 2011, Nadia transitioned to Eaton, where they held the roles of Financial Analyst and later Senior Internal Auditor.

In 2014, Nadia joined Novelis as a Senior Supply Chain Analyst, responsible for developing master plan schedules and managing inventory using SAP R/3 and APO. Nadia also played a key role in designing planning processes and implementing report tools. Throughout their tenure at Novelis, Nadia progressed to Manager of Supply Chain and then Senior Manager of Supply Chain Operations in the Automotive sector.

Most recently, Nadia holds the position of Director Supply Chain Automotive Value Stream at Novelis, a role they have held since January 2024. Their expertise in supply chain management, combined with their proficiency in SAP and APO, has been instrumental in optimizing operations and driving efficiency within the automotive value stream.

Nadia Guenova, CPIM, holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and International Business from McGill University, obtained in 2010. Nadia also completed a Master's in International Relations with a focus on Energy and Economics from the Geneva School of Diplomacy & International Relations in 2011. In addition, they attended the University of Mannheim in 2010, studying Corporate Finance, and the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences in 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they completed an Honours DEC in Commerce and Social Sciences at Marianopolis College from 2005 to 2007. While there is no specific information about their education at Concordia University, they attended College International Marie de France for their secondary education from 1998 to 2006. Nadia Guenova also holds certifications in Yoga Instruction, APICS CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) from APICS Supply Chain Council, and Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
