Sham Das

Sham Das serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for North America at Novelis, overseeing HR functions for a $6B region comprising 4,000 employees and 17 manufacturing sites. With a strong background in global rewards and HR information systems, Sham has developed and executed compensation programs and HR technology solutions globally. Previous roles include leadership positions at Aditya Birla Group, where responsibilities encompassed the development of HR information systems, leadership programs, and the implementation of PeopleSoft modules. Sham holds a PGDM in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Center for Management & HRD and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from TKM College of Engineering.
