Rubner David

Rubner David is an experienced executive and entrepreneur with a background in technology and telecommunications. Currently serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at NovelSat since January 2015, Rubner also possesses ownership of Rubner Technology Ventures since April 2000, focusing on investment and support for high-tech companies. Their previous roles include General Partner at Hyperion Israel from 2000 to 2016, Partner at Hyperion Partners Israel, and extensive leadership positions at E.C.I. Telecom Ltd. as President & CEO and as Executive Vice President at ECI Telecom. Rubner's engineering foundation was established with a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Queen Mary University of London.
