Sumitha Naidu is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Manager of Talent Attraction at Noventiq since September 2018, following roles as Team Lead and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Noventiq, a leading global provider in digital transformation and cybersecurity, facilitates connections between over 150,000 organizations and more than 6,000 IT vendors. Prior to joining Noventiq, Sumitha worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Taurus HR Pvt. Ltd., a strategic recruitment solutions provider.
