Michael Rich

Michael Rich is an experienced Automation Control Engineer at Noveon Magnetics Inc. since February 2023, focusing on the architecture and debugging of PLC code, generating HMI screens, managing electrical builds, and training personnel. Prior to this, Michael served as a Controls Technician at Tesla from April 2021 to February 2023, where responsibilities included programming PLCs, performing maintenance on electrical systems, and managing production equipment operations. At Boeing from July 2019 to April 2021, Michael worked as an Electronic Technician, emphasizing equipment repair and maintenance. Michael's career began in the US Navy (2013-2019), where roles included Reactor Electrical Leading Petty Officer and Maintenance Planner, overseeing electrical operations in a nuclear power plant. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians and has undergone extensive training at Nuclear Power School.
