William Schroeter

William Schroeter possesses extensive experience in inventory management, quality assurance, and technical operations across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Inventory Manager at Noveon Magnetics Inc., William previously held the position of Quality Manager at Caterpillar Inc., where work included reorganizing workflows and supervising the inspection of high-pressure flow iron. Earlier roles encompassed electronic technician duties at KEANE FRAC, LP, and serving as a Counter Rocket Artillery and Mortar radar operator with Northrop Grumman in Afghanistan. Additionally, William led facilities management in a combat environment with Linc Government Services and held various leadership positions in the US Army, including Public Works Sergeant Major, overseeing personnel management and operational logistics.
