Hongyu Zhang

Hongyu Zhang is an experienced enterprise engineer at Noviant since October 2015, contributing to the Technology Support Team in a Networking and Telecom environment. Previously, Hongyu served as a Quality Manager at Infosys Technologies Ltd, leading a team to enhance software quality and customer satisfaction while overseeing a CMMI Level 5 assessment initiative. Prior roles include Quality Engineer at Alcatel Suzhou Technologies, where Hongyu guided a software quality assurance team towards achieving CMM Level 3, and Software Engineer at Huawei Technologies, focusing on switch management systems and participating in a CMM Level 4 assessment. Hongyu holds a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology from Southeast University.
